Lesson 33 - Basic Microsoft Excel

According to my knowledge, it is a computer spreadsheet tool that may be used to store and analyze large volumes of data. MS Excel is a spreadsheet program developed by Microsoft in 1985 with the goal of assisting businesses in accumulating all of their financial data, as well as yearly credit and debit statements.

 

Workbooks are the name given to Excel documents. Sheets, often known as spreadsheets, are included in each workbook. To keep your data distinct, you can add as many sheets to a workbook as you wish, or you can create new workbooks. Then, under File, select New.


You can add as many sheets to a workbook as you want or create different workbooks to keep your data separate. Then, under File, pick New. Excel makes data visualization easier and provides a mechanism for students to assess the results.
