Four conceptual paradigms are beneficial in accomplishing instructional goals through preferred application of educational technology in the IT Enters a New Learning Environment, namely: Meaningful learning, Discovery learning, Generative learning, and Constructivism. We will explore how excellent teachers interact with their students in new learning activities while integrating technology into the teaching-learning process using these conceptual frameworks. This IT enters a new learning environment can assist the teacher in teaching pupils how to use computers, as well as handle and specify new educational technology learning. Basically, this new learning environment in IT enters, which is internet access and also the computer can help the teacher look for new information from the internet; however, for that specific information, the teacher must be effective in teaching the students' learning process. Students learn to explore, memorize, and follow specific instructions in the traditional training technique. In the tradition method of training, students learn to explore, memorization and set instruction from their teacher because the teacher is the source of information, the implementer and manager of the students, the role model of the student-centered strategy.
